October Break

This October break we went back to the Amari hotel in Phuket. We spent last Christmas there with Mike and Ashley, so we had so many nice memories there. The manager is also from Hong Kong, and she remembered us and especially Madeline. And Thais love kids, so she's always treated like a superstar when we go there.

One of the best things about travelling to a place where you've already lived is that you don't feel you need to do anything on vacation there! We spent our days at the pool and beach, just relaxing and enjoying time as a little family.

The saddest girl to visit Phuket.

We had a little visit from our friends Trista and Andy, our wonderful colleagues from our time in Bangkok. Here's Mads with their two kiddos. 

And we ended our trip with a visit to Tim and Gretchen's place in Bangkok. Madeline loved the huge houses to roam around in, their dog Tilac, and playing on the trampoline.
