There was an old(ish) woman who lived in a shoe...

...box sized apartment. She had so many children, she didn't know what to do.

Those two lines compose my autobiography right now.

Our twins have arrived! Tyler and Owen are the newest additions to the Kirchner household. They've come a long way:

Day 6 after conception.

Head on the bottom right, looks like he's doing a crunch.
Ryan was making sure we have athletic children even from the womb!

Sadly, I'm not wearing a sumo wrestling costume.
This is how big I really was!

We opted for an elective c-section. Ladies, this is the best kept secret of childbirth. I wouldn't advocate surgery, but in many ways it was so much easier than a natural birth. It was so civilised! We knew exactly when it would happen, we got a full night's sleep the night before, and it was all over in about an hour. Here are the fruits of our "labor":

Madeline likes her new brothers most of the time.

She doesn't look that happy, but she assures us she is.

First day home. Grandma is on the left.

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have survived
the first month without this lady.

The modern father: a beer, an iPhone, and a baby in a pouch!
First whole family photo.
