Kirchner Kids February Update

The boys are almost a year old! We can't believe time has flown by so quickly. Just kidding, it hasn't flown by at all. As Ryan says, how can time fly by when according to the Lost Sleep Calculator for Parents, we've lost 7 months of sleep since the twins have been born. In other words, in the past 11 months, we've been awake 7 months longer than you have. Sigh.

But they are cute as ever and we are really enjoying our time with them. We love to give them cuddles (though they are squirming away these days), watch them idolize Madeline, and laugh when they play chase or peek-a-boo with each other. They are a hit with the kids in our playgroup, and every time we go out the boys get loads of attention from adults and children alike:

Mads loves being a big sister. She enjoys building tunnels for the boys, pulling them around the house by her jump rope, and being in charge. We make sure to give her as much Mommy-Daddy-Maddy time as possible.
