I continue to be amazed at how quickly you can leave the hustle and bustle of this city and be in nature. Today I took a hike with Emily and some of her HK friends. We met up at 9:30 and took a bus to the start of the trail. I love public transportation! It had rained last night, so there was very little pollution in the air and the views were incredible. A short 2 hours later, we arrived at Shek-O, aka
"Thailand." The weather was a cool 70 degrees and cloudy, so we didn't head to the beach this time. We did, however, eat some decent Thai food in town.
