Fooled you! It's Hong Kong!
Our friend Jim has been trying to convince us from Day 1 here that we should join him at Shek-O, a nice little beach on the southeast side of Hong Kong island. We finally made it there today. It was 82 degrees and perfect, which seems to be the October/November recurring theme. It reminded us so much of the Land of Smiles - the beach, the people, the food - that we will forever rename going to Shek-O "going to Thailand."
